A ritual isn't something reserved for spirituality-- it's simply something you return to consistently.
Every repeated action, thought, habit becomes a ritual. Some are created consciously, while others happen on autopilot. The difference is intention.
When you become aware of your rituals, you begin to choose the life you're creating instead of repeating the one you've inherited.
To me, a ritual is an intentional act of returning--- to yourself, your body, your mind, and the life you're creating. Every day is made up of rituals, whether we notice them or not. The question isn't if you have rituals. It's whether the ones you practice are helping you become who you're meant to be.
EVERY LIFE IS BUILT ON RITUALS.
Whether conscious or unconscious, we all move through repeated actions that shape who we become.
The first thing you reach for in the morning.
The tea you drink before bed.
The thoughts you repeat to yourself.
The way you nourish your body.
The conversations you entertain.
Even the habits you don't notice have become rituals.

It is an action performed with intention. It transforms ordinary moments into meaningful ones, reminding us that healing, growth, and self-discovery aren't found in one grand event -- they're cultivated through the small practices we return to each day.
